What the service is

RoomProrate is a free calculator that divides the bill amounts you enter according to the dates and the agreement you choose. It runs in your browser. It does not request, send or collect payments, and it does not store your data.

Not advice, not a ruling

Results are arithmetic on your inputs. They are not legal, financial or tax advice, they do not decide what anyone owes under a lease, tenancy or other contract, and they do not measure actual consumption. For disputes, rely on your agreement, the documents issued by your supplier or landlord and, where needed, a qualified professional.

Your inputs

The result depends on the dates and amounts you enter. Check them against the bill, and check that everyone affected agrees with the method before relying on the result.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site or its hosting.

Liability

The service is provided free of charge and as it is. To the extent permitted by the law that applies to you, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions made using its output. This does not apply to loss caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or to any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited by agreement.

Changes

We may update the calculator and these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
