Privacy policy

Last updated 2026-10-20. This policy describes how the site works today.

What you enter

• Names, dates and amounts are kept in the memory of the open tab and calculated by JavaScript on your device. They are not sent to any server and are not part of any network request.
• Nothing is written to cookies, local storage or IndexedDB. Closing the tab or pressing "Delete all data" discards your entries.
• CSV and backup files are created inside your browser and saved to your device. We do not receive a copy.

What the hosting provider sees

The site is static files served by Cloudflare Pages. As with any website, when your browser requests a page, Cloudflare processes ordinary connection data such as your IP address, the page address, the time and your browser's user agent, in order to deliver the page and protect the service. Cloudflare's handling of that data is described in its own privacy policy.

Visit statistics

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It does not set cookies, does not use local storage and does not build a profile of you; it records page addresses (without anything after ? or #), referrers, browser type, country and page load timing. What you type into the calculator is never included.

What we do not use

RoomProrate runs no advertising, tracking pixels, third-party fonts or other third-party scripts. If that changes, this page will be updated before the change goes live.
